Architect, install, provision and manage VMware vSphere production environment, running on Dell PowerEdge and IBM BladeCenter servers, for production virtual machines running Windows and Linux. Provision and maintain production and customer-facing applications and services. Deploy and manage EMC Clariion arrays and Brocade Fibre Channel infrastructure.
Accomplishments
- Architected and implemented a split between the corporate and production environments.
- Designed a plan and assisted in moving the remaining production environment from the corporate datacenter to a colocation facility.
- Re-structured the Data Domain data replication between the two production environments; which, included re-working critical SQL Server backup plans.
- Migrated the production Active Directory domain from Windows Server 2003 to Windows Server 2008 R2.

Design, provision and manage Windows and Linux servers, in addition to VMware vSphere clusters and standalone VMware ESXi servers. Maintain corporate applications, including Exchange and SharePoint.
